A proud graduate of Allen High School, Austin went on to serve in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee for four years. After his service, he earned a Bachelor’s in Construction Science & Management with a minor in Business from Texas State University. He has spent his entire career in the construction industry, bringing deep knowledge of home building, land development, and property evaluation to every transaction.
Ashley was born and raised in Iowa on her family’s farm. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business & Public Relations and has built her career in marketing. Her background instilled a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for land and rural living, which she brings into every client relationship. With a keen eye for detail and a strong skill set in client communication and strategic promotion, Ashley adds invaluable insight to the team—especially when it comes to showcasing properties and building long-term connections.
Austin and Ashley proudly call Gainesville home, where they live with their two daughters along with their dogs, chickens, and cows—carrying on Austin’s family legacy on the Dyer Ranch.
